The PanPastel colourless Blender is a medium that can be used for a variety of new effects including increasing transparency and enhancing colour “flow”. It can be used before colour is applied (under the colour), or mixed with the colour after it is applied. It also has all the characteristics of PanPastel colours i.e. mixable, erasable, low dust, lightfast and professional artist’s quality.
